What are your business hours?
I work Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm. Closed weekends I do not work holidays, special occasions, my birthday and etc. If I shall close other days it will be posted via social media. You aren't GUARANTEED a response or design out of my hours.
How can I get in contact with you?
The BEST and most effiencent way to reach me is via email. I will try to get to you within 24-48 hours so please be patient and understanding.
What files are included?
You will receive a PNG transparent file of your logo(s) and JPEGs of each.
What if im not satisfied or want changes made to my design?
I offer a three draft policy which means you get 3 FREE revisions for each new change. Any extra change will result in a $10 fee for EACH CHANGE. There will be no refunds once a design has been started.
Whats your turnaround?
Turnaround is 5-14 days for A La Carte Services, 28-31 business days/4 weeks for design packages and websites. (WEEKENDS NOT INCLUDED). Custom packages can take months to complete depending on package size.
We work diligently to deliver services promptly. However, turnaround times could be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to high order volume, personal emergencies, health problems and more.
Revisions take 1-3 business days to complete but can take longer depending on work load!
Please also understand communication is key. Once you send information for any work, that's when we're able to being working. Delayed responses for design work, can effect design turnaround.
Can I see my design BEFORE purchasing?
I can not start a project until paid in full, so unfortunately no. If you'd like to get a clearer vision of similar projects or how my work is done, you can always check my social medias for my work.
Can I get my design ASAP?
Sure! Email me and we can negotiate an additional fee that will be added to your service to get it quicker.
I liked my design a couple days/weeks/months ago, but now I want it changed made can I?
After 72 hours I will not make any changes on a design that was final. You can always purchase another design if you want a new look.
